Evening classes will be cancelled due to the new State guidelines regarding COVID 19

We have been waiting for direction from the State as to decide if we should cancel group classes and the decision has been made for us. All group classes are cancelled through this week and possibly next but I will make another announcement next week as we learn more. We will continue to do personal training sessions during the day.
